Under normal circumstances, 2-4 working days (from date of order placement) can be expected for your receipt of goods. When placing an order, please indicate if you require a quicker delivery and we will do our best to accomodate you. When we confirm an order, a delivery date will be clearly indicated. 

When your order is shipped, we will forward an e-mail advising the carrier, date of shipment and the applicable transit number. if we have any difficulty in expediting your complete order within our advised date, we will contact you.

Shipments from Canada to the USA and from the USA to Canada will have certain implications with respect to duty, brokerage and applicable taxes. Your client page will always clearly define our policy.   

Your account will always specify the shipping arrangement as mutually agreed. However, we will always reconfirm the shipping status with each order to ensure we are complying with your instructions.
