Our RSS™ LTF screws have a patented washer type head with a reinforced shoulder that produces extreme pressure in pulling the log down thus eliminating the need to to add a washer as required for common lag screws. The head can be countersunk 1" to 3" without pre-drilling a countersunk hole.

The exclusive "CEE" thread slighly enlarger the hole for the screw shank and allows the log to settle without restriction. It also eliminates pre-drilling as required for lag screws thus offering a complete and effective installation in one operation.

The 3/8" x 4" thread has very sharp rolled threads that provide extreme pulling and withdrawal power. 
The patented W-Cut thread design slices the groove for the next thread thus reducing tension and pressure and providing ease of installation. The Zip-Tip™ feature allows for quick and easy starting.  

The screws are Climatek™ coated and have been independently tested and approved for use in treated wood products. No pre-drilling products is required except where building material limitations are specified.
